Abstract: This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on school climate and student outcomes using both correlational&#xD;
and regression analyses to assess the relationships between leadership behaviors and educational variables. The findings reveal that&#xD;
transformational leadership significantly enhances teacher collaboration (r = 0.65), inclusivity (r = 0.71), and innovation (r = 0.58),&#xD;
with leadership explaining up to 51% of the variance in inclusivity. Additionally, transformational leadership is positively correlated&#xD;
with student outcomes, including academic performance (r = 0.62) and student engagement (r = 0.62). Schools led by&#xD;
transformational leaders had higher mean scores in student academic performance, with an average test score of 85.50 compared to&#xD;
78.00 in schools with other leadership styles. Statistical analyses such as ANOVA confirmed that these differences are statistically&#xD;
significant, showing that transformational leadership fosters a more collaborative, inclusive, and innovative school environment,&#xD;
which directly enhances student engagement and academic achievement. These results highlight the importance of transformational&#xD;
leadership in educational settings, particularly in shaping both teacher effectiveness and student success. The study concludes by&#xD;
recommending leadership development programs, collaboration initiatives, and regular leadership evaluations to ensure continuous&#xD;
improvement in school environments.

Abstract: Research findings indicate that teachers' beliefs play an important role in their deciding how they will integrate technology into the classroom. The author used qualitative research methods to explore the relations between teachers' pedagogical beliefs and technology integration. Participants were 12 Taiwanese high school teachers, and findings indicated inconsistency between the teachers' expressed beliefs and their practices. The author categorized the reasons for the inconsistency into 3 interrelated aspects: (a) the influence of external factors, (b) teachers' limited or improper theoretical understanding, and (c) teachers' other conflicting beliefs. The author presents suggestions for school settings, professional development, and future research.</description>

Abstract: The use of Information and Communication technology (ICT) in schools in Pakistan has been increasing&#xD;
throughout the last ten years. This study explores the experiences of professionally qualified secondary school&#xD;
teachers regarding the integration of ICT in the classrooms for effective teaching and learning. A survey research&#xD;
design was adopted to conduct this study. The population consisted of teachers who have obtained their Bachelor&#xD;
and Master Degrees in Education from teacher education colleges during the last five years. A survey&#xD;
questionnaire was designed to collect data and SPSS 20 was used to analyze the data. The study discovered that&#xD;
most of the teachers lack the ability to integrate ICT in the classroom because they found themselves poorly&#xD;
prepared and not motivated to do so. The teachers who participated in this study presented solutions to the&#xD;
problems, such as investment in transforming schools into technologically friendly schools, professional&#xD;
development of teachers, improving support mechanism.</description>

Abstract: The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a major&#xD;
driving force in transforming education throughout the world. The usage of ICT in&#xD;
Pakistan has increased many folds in the last 10 years. The latest educational policy of&#xD;
the Government of Pakistan has stressed on using ICT in schools. The curriculum&#xD;
documents have also suggested teachers to integration ICT in their classrooms&#xD;
teaching and learning processes. This study focuses on the use of ICT in schools of&#xD;
Pakistan and it is restricted to four major cities of Pakistan. The study investigates&#xD;
students’ and teachers’ use of ICT in their everyday life. The study also explores&#xD;
students’ views of their teachers using ICT in classroom teaching learning and&#xD;
assessment. The data were collected using survey questionnaire from students&#xD;
studying in secondary schools (classes 7, 8, 9, 10&amp; 11.) and teachers teaching to&#xD;
secondary classes. The schools were invited to participate in this study. The study&#xD;
finds that students and teachers have access to computers in schools and at home and&#xD;
they use computer for different purposes, such as, entertainment, communication, and&#xD;
education. The study also highlights differences amongst teachers and students about&#xD;
what technology to be used in classroom and for what purposes. The study discovers&#xD;
two opposite views. On the one hand teachers believe they use ICT effectively while&#xD;
on the other hand students disagree with their teacher’s idea of ICT integration in classroom.</description>
