dc.description.abstract | The low frequency, long wavelength electromagnetic waves, viz., shear Alfve´n waves in quantum dusty magnetoplasmas, have been examined using quantum magnetohydrodynamic model. The magnetized electrons and ions, quantized electrons and magnetized/unmagnetized dust give rise to a modified dispersion relation of the shear Alfve´n wave. This modification is significant which is also depicted through graphical representation. The importance and relevance of the present work to the space dusty plasma environments is also pointed out. | en_US |
