From the Director’s Desk: It gives me pleasure to inform our readers that the Centre for Public Policy and Governance is ready to launch its one year Executive MA in Public Policy from Fall 2009 (in fact we are hopeful that by the time this issue is published the first batch will be in session). We have been working on the curriculum and course design of the program for almost two years. I take this opportunity to thank Dr. Peter Armacost, the Rector for unflinch- ing support and guidance, members of the Board of Advanced Studies for constructive and helpful comments in improving the content and structure of the courses and the members of the Academic Council for final scrutiny and approval. We remain deeply appreciative of the guidance and support of these academic bodies, and with your continued support, we shall strive to make our Executive MA in Public Policy program locally relevant and globally competitive.en_US
