From the Director’s Desk: The Centre for Public Policy and Governance (CPPG) will be completing three years in July 2010. It is still in its infancy phase. However, it has made considerable progress in positioning itself as a leading institution promoting academic deliberation and policy dialogues. In these years the CPPG has arranged over 25 Seminars on issues of national significance and global relevance in which scholars, policy makers and experts from within the country and abroad have been invited. These deliberations are shared with FC community and wider national and international audience through our Research and News Quarterly. The first batch of our Executive MA in Public Policy will be graduating this year. To sustain this momentum the CPPG is now striving to build a faculty of dedicated researchers, scholars, analysts and policy experts who share our vision and have passion for developing CPPG into a center of excellence in Public Policy and Gover- nance–this is a challenge and we want to convert it into an opportunity.en_US
